Three Fat Chefs was born out of a shared passion for cooking and love for delicious food. Owners and chefs Joe Beggs and Todd Friedman are passionate about what they do. Using fine ingredients and fresh produce makes it easy to create exceptional meals. They both love to cook and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else, but the kitchen.
Here at Three Fat Chefs, we saw a void in the food and catering industry when we noticed more and more restaurants and caterers using cheap ingredients and taking shortcuts in food preparations. At Three Fat Chefs, we believe in making all of our items from scratch and delivering stellar service.
Three Fat Chefs is a multi purpose catering company. We love being out in different communities; music festivals, heritage festivals, or quaint block parties, where we can set up our mobile smoker and serve delicious food to discerning patrons.
We also shine at small dinner parties, pairing food with wine and custom menus in a more intimate setting. Additionally, we are the go-to caterer for weddings, graduations, or any large events.
No matter the event, you’ll find Joe and Todd bring a gourmet flare with a menu customized for the event and inspired by their more than 40 years of combined culinary training and experience.
