Todd is a graduate from the French Culinary Institute in New York City. Todd started his cooking career at home cooking Mother’s Day breakfast at the age of 5. It was all up hill from that point on. Being a traveler, Todd often visits different countries to experience their food and culinary style. His first restaurant job was washing dishes at Copper Mountain resort in Colorado. After finding his love of cooking, he spent some years getting his licks in NYC and later returning to Colorado to open his first restaurant Dreams.
